Standard delivery is 45 days from receipt of order. We will notify you if we will be shipping sooner. We will contact you with the price quote for shipping.

UPS Ground.
P&M Signs ships UPS Ground unless other arrangements are made. Shipping rates are UPS standard by weight. Orders containing signs with a measurement of girth plus length greater than 127 inches require other methods.

Freight Forwarding.
Yellow Freight is our standard option for large signs, with rates based on their standard pricing.

Regional Delivery.
Occasionally, P&M Signs will deliver orders within a radius of 300 miles from Mountainair, NM, based on the size of signs, the value of the order, and the location of the delivery. There is a charge for this service.

Return Policy
Unless P&M Signs has made an error, custom signs cannot be returned or modified once production has started. In that event, we will promptly issue a call tag and make it a priority to get you the right product.

If you wish to return a standard product, just let us know. You’ll be charged only for freight.
